Excellent Property

Well-located just off Old Orchard Road and near shopping center. The room was large and well-appointed. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ample. The price was less than other properties nearby. It will be our go-to place when visiting the Chicago north shore.

Very comfortable gathering place

My family booked this hotel with 3 rooms since we were all coming from 3 different states for a family event. The spacious lobby with many table options was great for us all to meet downstairs along with the family that lived in town to visit. The cleaning staff was always so nice in the hallways. Front desk staff friendly and laid back. If I ever travel to Chicago again, this is where I’d stay!

Worth it

Honestly the hotel was nice, worth staying and would absolutely stay again. Beds could have been better quality, everyone has different tastes for mattresses, but they worked well enough.

front desk staff was very professional. Not sure if it is through out the chain about not leaving basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not in the bathroom. House keeping staff was very prompt in getting the supplies.

My main complaint is re: availability ok food. There was a free breakfast buffet that was fine but no other food available the rest of the day or night. Limited beverage selection. We didn’t have a car so this was very inconvenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful ! Room was clean but needs some cosmetic touch ups (visible rust and marks on wall in main room were strange - as if wallpaper glue was overused. Food at breakfast left a lot to be desired but there are great local places in downtown Wilmette proper !! Bed was comfortable- not firm but not too soft and pillows were small flat and very soft so we bought two at the local mall Room size is great !
