「Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,」

「The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Their restaurant is closed on a Monday, but they gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and free bus ticket to get there. The hotel is very clean, bathroom was a good size and the beds very comfortable. The air con was very welcome! It has a wine vending machine!」

「Room never cleaned or made in 6 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait half day for it. Trash never emptied for 6 days. I had to take out my own garbage because i did not want to smell.」

「Clean，Nice service!」

「Very new and clean hotel with friendly staff, showing you the places to go nearby and restaurants」

「This property well exceeded our expectations」

「Staff (a lady) at restaurant was super kind and friendly:) location is also awesome right next to duomo 」

「Excellent location - 10 mins walk from the rail station, easy to find, close to the pier, shops and restaurants; new and stylish furnishing; impeccably clean; friendly staff; good breakfast; quiet for good sleep!」

「Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.」

「Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts」

「Very nice location. Room basic but very clean. Bathroom private but in the corridor not en suite. Really good breakfast with freshly made coffee to order. Stuff very helpful. No problem to drop off our bags earlier in the morning . Recommended」

「For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.」

「The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.」
