We had a lovely stay at Seagulls seeing in 2026. The house was full of character, well equipped, spacious clean and tidy. The secure garden was ideal for the dogs. The log fire was nice and extra blankets very thoughtful. Beds were cosy and comfy too. Being a stones throw from the beach was brilliant. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls. Very spacious clean property with a lovely secure wraparound garden which was perfect for our dogs! Location near the beach was great. Pubs within walking distance was a bonus. Great host who responded very quickly to any queries.

Weekend celebration

Converted railway carriages for our bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area upstairs with views of the sea made this a fabulous venue to stay with our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. Beach and amenities all close and the secluded garden made for a perfect weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls - the cottage was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. Selsey itself is peaceful with a beach within a two-minute walk. Highly recommended!

Seagulls - perfect seaside escape

Seagulls is a cottage full of charm and character. It’s very comfortable with great facilities and in a great location to explore the coast. The hosts made the booking and arrival very easy with a delicious cake ready to welcome us. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Long weekend trip here, very homely, and everything you needed was to hand. Fantastic character property, enclosed gardens, sea view from the upstairs living room(which we loved being upstairs) great communication from the hosts, absolutely nothing to grumble about. We will be back!

Great cottage, brilliant location, very good area

Six in total, grandson, parents and grandparents plus dog. A fabulous week in one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. Lovely sun trap garden too. All just steps from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely recommend it to others.

Seagulls was perfect for us.

Property worked perfectly for a long weekend at Goodwood. 6 x adults, 2 x kids & 1 x dog making Seagulls everything we needed with outside space, plenty of parking and a stones throw from the beach. We will be back!

Fabulous accommodation and location

This has to be the best UK holiday accommodation I have stayed in. It is the most beautifully converted railway carriages into a charming and tasteful cottage. So close to the sea all you have to do is walk across the road. Very nice pub within walking distance. The hosts are so easy to deal with and the welcome treat was delicious. Will defo go again!

Mum and daughters weekend

Lovely stay at this quirky house - everything we needed was there including tea coffee and milk and a yummy cake which was very welcoming when we arrived. Great to able to just walk over to the beach as it was so near and good location for Chichester and Bognor. The Piggery was nice for a lunch and the Broadway cafe in Selsey did a fantastic breakfast.

Perfect seaside location for kids

We had a wonderful trip in october half tern and we really lucked out with the weather as it was nice and warm and the kids enjoyed the beach and getting wet! The house was ideal with plenty of space for 3 adults. The owners had excellent communication and responded to any messages very quickly and the cake they provided qas a lovely touch

very nice stay at seagulls

We had two very nice week in Selsey and feld very welcome. With a lots of relaxing, swimming in the sea (take some water schoes to avoid the gravel at the beach), sightseeing, fine cooking and some hiking, we had a very good time. Thank you Shaun, for sharing seagulls
