We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Parking was assigned to us directly outside the house. The accommodation is on a very busy road, but walkable into the city.

I have just returned from Another lovely stay at The Cottage. I have visited several occasions before over the last few years. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Location is great for my needs and the room is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I will always book here when possible.

The Cottage is a perfect place to stay when you don't want to do a long drive back home after some excellent culture at The Chichester Festival Theatre. Easy walking distance to the theatre (just under a mile). Full English breakfast is worth the few extra quid!

I found the owner to be kind andchelpful. My thoughts: The Cottage is directly next to a busy road, which l did not know. I had to park in a tiny space in front of the cottage and luckily had a small car, very tight parking with heavy traffic hindering any manourvres. The room and Cottage were quite dated, perfectly clean, but expensive for a basic 1980s type decor. The shower over the bath was either extremely hot or very cold, l tried to find a warm temperature but never did. I was disapointed that at £65.00 for the room, (l was on my own) the breakfast was a further £9.00. I have known that in a B&B
