The villa Casa Las golondrinas-solo familias with step-free access and interior in chiclana is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The property boasts an excellent location very close to the beach and the best venues in Chiclana, with restaurants and bars nearby. Public transport links are within walking distance.

A parking space is available on the property, and a parking space is available in a remote-controlled garage.

Families with children are welcome. Fenced childcare areas are available.

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

The property is equipped with a water descaler, a smart fridge, and an HDMI cable to connect to Play Station.

Hemos pasado una estancia espectacular, la casa está muy cuidada y tiene todo lo necesario, la zona de la piscina y chill out es increíble. El propietario nos recibió muy bien y nos explicó todo perfectamente, repetiremos!!
