"It's a small town so everything was walkable. The walk to the fort and cruise dock was probably the longest walk we did. The place was very clean. Comfy pillows. That's important to me. A lot of hotels have too thick of pillows for my neck. The clerk staff were nice to us but we heard a staff member, I think it was the manager, be rather short with a customer. A bit bossy instead of being customer friendly."

"Charming hotel. It had a B&B feel to it. Bathroom was large and the toiletries were more than enough. It was like being in my bathroom at home. Comfy bed and pillows. The right size pillow is extremely important to me and this place and different thicknesses to choose from. I found mine. Plenty of fans but we even left the windows open. The neighborhood rooster was a bit annoying but it did give it a rural feel to the area. Very quiet. It's a bit of a walk to the main thoroughfare but the exercise was needed. We could call when we needed something but having more people around would have been better."

"Location of this place is awesome. Can easily walk around town for great views of the town and very close to amenities like groceries or a quick bite to eat. The room is very clean and provided all the things we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The host Miki is the most amazing woman I have ever met."
