Proximity to Chimney Rock State Park was very nice. And the village of Chimney Rock is a 10-minute walk from the house. All in all we enjoyed it very much

Had 4 families and 4 grand children and we had a blast. Everything you need is supplied and the roar of the Broad river makes relaxing very easy. Try it!

What a wonderful weekend at a fantastic house! It had everything we needed and more! The basement was our favorite hangout spot with the ping pong and pool tables. The house is about 2 minutes from food, breweries, and window shopping. It was perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family. It was a surprise elopement that our children did not know about! All of the bedrooms are evenly spaced apart. Bathrooms were great, furnishings were beautiful, kitchen was great for cooking and hanging out. The house was very clean, and our stay couldn't have been better!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful reunion retreat at Mohican's Landing! Beautiful space inside and outside, luxurious amenities, with lovely views all around. We enjoyed day trips to Ashville, The Biltmore, and parks for outdoor activities. Very comfortable for entertaining and just relaxing for ages 17 to 70. Would love to stay again, and highly recommend it to families and groups of friends looking for a place to get away from it all and enjoy each others company in a peaceful setting.

Loved the space in this house! It was nice and clean when we arrived, There was room to spread out. The pool and ping pong tables were nice quality and level (you might want to bring your own paddles as the ones at the house are just plastic) The house is so convenient to Chimney Rock and sits on the Broad River, but you feel secluded. The owners were very accessible and responsive when we needed to reach out during our stay. The Only thing I would suggest is to screen shot the gate code prior to arriving because there is not much signal at the gate.

This is a wonderful property less than a 1/2 mile or so from downtown Chimney Rock. We spent a few hours at chimney Wright and it was fantastic. The views and spaces at this property are as good as any I've ever had.

Great location right near the town of Chimney Rock, but hidden behind trees on the banks of the Broad River. Kitchen was well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. Very clean and lots of extra linens and blankets. Communications with company was easy - quick replies. While it is a beautiful mountain retreat, I wouldn't call it super cozy. Very little in decor, pillows, nothing hanging on the walls, just lacking general coziness. Maybe the owners are working on that! There are no chairs in the game room. The drawbacks are minor - we loved our stay and would certainly consider it again for a big group.

This house was perfect for our group to come to and relax! The house was spacious, so it was great for a group of 7 of us to be able to hang out and have room without being crammed in a tiny living room. We loved spending time on the deck where we could hear the stream below. There were houses around and it was very close to downtown, but it still felt like we were in a secluded spot because of all the greenery around. We loved it and I will definitely be back!!

A perfect spot for our family gathering. Lots of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen; amazing deck right on the Broad River - perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine; easy walk to chimney rock and lake lure. Loved it, would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect stay at Mohicans Landing. Our family, including 6 kids, had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the time away from home. I do not have a single complaint about this property. It was above and beyond expectations. Carolina Properties does a great job of handling customer service and care.
