“This studio condo was perfect for my husband and I for a nice getaway at the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax. It was located in a quiet area just steps away from the beach. We truly enjoyed the ourselves while being comfortable in the condo. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach without all of the chaos.”

“Condo was clean and comfortable and even though we had a problem with the bed frame staff had it fixed the very same day we called about it. Would stay here again. It was our second time staying at Origin in past 3 years. PCB is a great vacation spot and Origin is our go to stay while there ”

“The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and hang them around our room everywhere to dry. I would not recommend this property if you have a toddler, the pool isn’t toddler friendly and it’s very shaded. For the price i paid i do not feel like this……

“When we arrived, our room was already occupied. We tried contacting the host/property manager, but couldn’t get an answer. We had to sit in a parking lot, at night, after driving several hours, and contact VRBO directly to try and get help. Initially, VRBO asked me to send them pictures, proving that the room was occupied. I had already walked in on a family, which was awkward enough. I told them that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that again. I certainly wasn’t going to take pictures of……

“Deserves 6 stars! This was my first trip to PCB it was absolutely perfect. The Condo is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The decor, the view, everything is a 10/10. Top of the line washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, shower, the mirror in the master bathroom, everything. If you like a firm bed this would be for you. I like more cushiony but thats just my preference. The view from the balcony is stunning. We ate our meals and watched the beach and ocean. I went……

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“The condo was Definitely a For Money Business!!! I had to Clean Everything when I got there was my first turn off !! What a count of Fresh Paint on base boards would do Wonders. The Lights need NEW Light Bulbs!! So dark in Bedroom can see. 3 coffee pots all broken but one. All odds and ends stuff go to a garage sale get some matching stuff. Patio furniture OLD and RUSTy falling apart, beds top bunk falling through. Bleach stained towels. Not staying here again. Felt Very Run down town itself.”
