“We chose this property because our son was participating in the Iron Man competition. After studying the route on the IRONMAN website, I felt like this was in close proximity to the course. Little did I know, the running portion of the race goes directly in front of the house! It worked out perfectly! The property was clean and comfortable. A little bit small, but worked very well for us. It was myself, my husband, one adult child and one grandchild. Definitely recommend this spot! Convenience……

“This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot……

“We loved the place, it was very clean and really close to the beach. The checking in and checking out process was very easy. Also, the place is very close to many restaurants and stores, we didn’t have to drive very far. You can even walk to the stores and restaurants if you want to. The only thing I would recommend changing it would be the beds, they were not very comfortable. Other then that everything was great 👍”

“The check in was painful. The door code didn’t work and had to be changed after several phone calls requesting help. The toilets were not flushing properly and maintenance repaired the next day. The beds were very comfortable. The boys loved the bunks. We loved having the beach access so close. Traffic was a challenge because of spring break, but everyone was happy and enjoying the scenery, restaurants, and bars. I would stay here again.”

“Condo was clean, accurately represented. Good location, adequate space for a couple or small family. Master shower was hot and good water flow. Easy check in process and staff at the desk were very nice.”

“The condo was smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was only 2 of us so we didn’t mind. Views were spectacular! The floor to ceiling windows were awesome! Kitchen was sufficient with everything we needed. Check in email did not include the parking info and directed us to the complex, not the parking garage where we were supposed to go. Overall it was a lovely condo, pools were very nice and we enjoyed our stay!”

“Everything was great other than at checkout they over charge for the stay. We booked through the hotel app which was one price. At checkout they charged $90.00 more on my card through hotel. ”

“I liked pretty much everything about the property. Only issue was not getting room on floor I had requested back in January when I made the reservations. I had requested room on floor 1, 2, or 3. Assigned room was on 6th floor. However, all 3 elevators were in operation and had no problem in long waits for elevator. ”

“Clean hotel and rooms. Nice HOT water! The pool and hot tub were super fun. Valet was excellent! Super friendly hotel staff and valet staff. The beach access was amazing! Will return. ”
