「I never checked in 」

「We've stayed in The Krause Home twice and enjoyed our visit both times. The apartments are clean, nicely furnished, generally well appointed and close to downtown and the university. My husband and I both like to read in the evening and early morning. There is only one bedside lamp in both bedrooms in the Krause apartment and only one lamp on one side of the sofa in the living room, making reading difficult. So, an already good apartment would benefit from some better lighting.」

「The apartment was very nice and clean. It was extremely cold in the apartment and the heat stayed at 65 degrees. We communicated several times with the owner and he said he would turn up the heat remotely and never did. Unfortunately, there was a lock over the temperature control and we could not change it. 」

「This property far exceeded my expectations. The house is over 135 years old, but the 3rd floor was brand new. Everything was solid. The rooms were sound proof. The VRBO app didnt do a good job of sending messages. I had to reach out to Chelsea to get the check in info. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction.」
