「From the moment we walked in, we felt the charm of this place. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay, which made a lovely first impression. They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...
