"Beware of bookings via Expedia at this lodge! We booked 3 months before our 4 night stay and paid in full in advance. When we arrived they said they had no record of the booking. It was late in the evening and the lodge is 60 km from the nearest town. They arranged accommodation at a tented lodge nearby but we then spent the next three days negotiating with them to get a refund! Lodge looked nice from what we saw, having not stated there, but will clearly prioritise corporate bookings over independent travellers. Caution advised! "
