"Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."

The location is convenient for both business and leisure, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options. La ubicación es conveniente tanto para negocios como para placer, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas.
