“My sister, sister-in-law, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful place. We enjoyed everything about your house…from sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of the river and watching the duck families, to seeing other wildlife such as deer, squirrels, and lightning bugs while sitting on the back porch. Everything inside was perfect, which included all the amenities of home. We hope to return next summer for another “Golden Girls” vacation.”

“I booked this hoochee haus for a nice quiet getaway and to celebrate my birthday. It did not disappoint. The place ws so clean. It had all the things i needed. And the view on the river was so beautiful i could not have had a better place. It was close enough to walk to the little town. Or park in town and wander around all day and then drive back. The weather was great. The people were friendly. I met a new friend on my last day there. I will return to this hoochee haus.”

“We loved the cozy cabin. Very relaxing and super cute! We loved it so much we decided to stay in and cook Saturday evening. Everything we needed to cook with was there. Bed was comfy and the little waterfall made sitting on the deck a bonus. We will definitely be back soon. We left a little butterfly on the tree.”

“My husband and I came for an early anniversary trip. The cabin was perfect for a couple. The creek behind the cabin was the main reason we chose the cabin and it did not disappoint. The location was extremely convenient to Helen, GA. The owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to go sightseeing. Definitely a place we'd love to stay again.”

“We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! The creek access is down a steep grade through the trees, with flights of wooden steps, but neither up nor down was more than any……

“This property and view are just amazing! House is very clean and comfortable and roomy and well supplied to meet all your needs. I will say that the road up to the cabin is steep and curving according to us flatlanders that are not accustomed, but we managed pretty well! Communication to the manager was great and any questions or concerns were met immediately! We would reccomend this property and others managed by this person to anyone and we would absolutely return! “My family has visited Helen multiple times but this was the first time we decided to try a Vrbo rental. (Our friends own a cabin in the same community and we’ve always stayed together but all of our kids are getting too big for one cabin!) This rental exceeded expectations in every way!
