"Lots of space for the family. Could use some towel hooks and another mirror outside of the bathroom so people can get ready while everyone else uses the shower. Garbage didn’t get picked up and towels weren’t changed out despite us following the rules on how to do so. Had to ask the staff daily for new towels and take care of our garbage. Otherwise was a nice stay. Front desk staff was great. "

"Captain's table is exactly what I was expecting. It is an older spartan old Florida Hotel. We did not use the pool but there was a nice table to enjoy the water view. The room was very clean with NO bugs present. My only real complaint, and this is personal preference, is the beds were very firm. Check in was easy. Jennifer at the Ivey House, where we checked in at as very friendly and offered good information about local venues and activities."

"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"The home was exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was easy, instructions were clear and thoughtful, and everything was clean. We especially appreciated the little touches like the well-stocked coffee drawer. There was one little hiccup along the way but the host was helpful, kind, and reasonable. We really appreciated the way it was handled. I would absolutely return and would recommend this property to anyone!"

"The pool area was awesome. The only thing missing is some hooks for wet towels and suits. Other than that everything was perfect."
