Relax to the soothing sound of the sea in one of the very few Christchurch properties with direct beach access.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this luxurious newly renovated self-contained studio sits behind the sand dunes of Waimairi Beach.

Only a 5 minute drive to New Brighton pier, shops and library, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa at QE2, or a choice of Golf courses.

An easy 15 minutes to the city centre by car or 25 minutes to the airport.

Last moment booking

Quiet Well appointed studio with everything you could need for a nights stay. Convenient location for catching up with our daughters who live in New Brighton. Enjoyed waking to the sound of the ocean. We will definitely stay again. Thank you !
