“Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.”

“It was mostly clean and functional but our shower could only shower, not switch to tub fill. We had 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies no shampoo or other toiletries. The breakfast was the stingiest cheapest junky crap I have ever seen, after inquiring the night before that there would be fruit, there were only empty bowls at 8:20 for a 9:00 end. White bread, junk cereal, no yogurt, I drank the coffee and left. As a gluten free individual my only option was unrefrigerated boiled eggs that……

“The staff is super friendly! They keep the property locked and safe. Great breakfast, incredible housekeeping and a warm welcome anytime an employee passes by.”

“The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”

“Beautiful historic property situated on a large farm with fields surrounding and cows grazing in the distance. Completely and meticulously overhauled recently with a modern-farmhouse aesthetic that is tastefully put together, as if Joanna Gaines came to Missouri herself! Pictures well describe the look. All bedrooms have a bathroom that are also fully overhauled and updated, and the basement has a nice sitting area with an air-mattress for the extra guest. We were supplied with a pack & play……
