“Townhome was clean. 4 of us stayed and had plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy. It was close to SDC. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to have everything you needed. PLenty of towels and even detergent for the washer which was appreciated bc I forgot mine. ”

“The biggest thing to note would be the immense noise problem. Not only can you hear every footstep from your neighbors, but every door or drawer being opened/closed, every toilet flush, and every word spoken. We travel a lot and this was by far the noisiest place we've EVER stayed. This was a huge problem for us considering we booked this place for a peaceful, QUIET getaway for our 20th anniversary. While the managers are nice enough, contacting them about the noise does not help in the……

“We really enjoyed our stay—especially the pool, docks, and free kayaks. We also rented jet skis from the marina and had a great time on the water. The villas were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the space worked well for our large group (ages 1–80).There were a few cleanliness issues—some beds didn’t appear to have fresh linens, and some floors (including the game room) needed better cleaning. With a little improvement there, this would be an excellent stay.”

“Absolutely phenomenal condo! The space is unreal and was perfect for our 4&5 year old to be able to play without feeling confined. Loved having the bottom floor. My favorite thing was the kitchen was literally fully stocked. I’ve never stayed somewhere that had everything and of good quality. My only complaint would be the cleaning crew. The floors seemed as though they weren’t fully taken care of. There was dirt and debris in the corners. Maybe they just spot cleaned or was in a rush. There was……

“We appreciated the level of communication from the owners. We feel they could have added some additional info about direction to get to the unit as putting the address alone took us to someone else’s private residence. The unit is not professionally cleaned but cleaned by one of the owners. There were several cobwebs and dead insects. We did have an issue with live wasps in the unit. We reached out to the owners and they had someone out there the same day to take care of them. So we appreciate……

“We had a great stay here. It was so easy to check in, very clean, and just all around a great place for my family. We enjoyed the game room, the private pool and hot tub, and the little waterfalls around the property. Zero complaints! I will definitely book here again and recommend to my friends and family. ”
