「施設については満足です。
気になったのは県道からの入り口が坂の下側から来ると看板が見えず分かりにくい事と、敷地内のゴミステーションがとても分かりにくい事くらい。しかしいずれも大きな問題ではありません。
素敵な滞在を過ごせました。」

「The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. 「The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. 」
