“Checkin was great, staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect for a quick bite, the room was very clean as the rest of the villa, you get to share the living room with other tenants on your floor….the only bad things were the bathroom should have a screen so mosquito can’t get in and the room could use a fresh coat of paint on the wall due to paint be chip off from the head boards of the bed and some foot smudges, the pillows and bed sheets are very clean, got a great……

“We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated. Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful.”

“A-List. Plenty of value. Clean property. Very comfortable beds. A/C blows cold. Good water pressure. Everything works. Made to order breakfast. Superb coffee. Pool and lounge chairs. Easy to get Grab or walk to any number of cafes or restaurants. The rice field is 1 minute away. Enjoy your coffee and a nice walk. Safe and affordable. Jennifer and Auntie are the heart and soul of the villa. They are attentive and hard working. This is a special place. Pro Tip: Get the 2nd or 3rd floor pool view……

“My wife and I had a very comfortable stay at the lodge from Jan 26 to Feb 3. We love the tranquility of the place. My room was facing large area of paddy fields . Everyday we could see farmers transplanting rice seedlings, and travellers cycling on the paths between fields . We walked around the paddy fields everyday , watching birds , sunrise and sunset . Staff at the lodge were very nice and helpful, in particular the lady receptionists Vy, Thanb, and H-Vy, and the male manager Chuong. They……
