"It was my first time staying at this hotel, but my experience was excellent. Checking was very easy, it's very convenient to Transit, the room was everything I needed, a comfortable bed a hot shower. Staff there were excellent. I'll definitely return in the future"
"Don't let the outside fool you - the hotel itself is lovely and well maintained. The room was clean and the front desk people were always helpful. A great deal for a bustling area."
"A great place to stay! It's very accessible to trains and buses. It's also near the market and walking distance to Chang Kai-shek memorial Hall. There are shops and convenience stores nearby."

"Very clean and comfortable. One must get used to eco-friendly philosophy of the property, but very important for our planet. We all need to help using less energy and making more green house gases. The coffee and tea services were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and lots of good Japanese and Continental breakfast choices. "
"Great location as amongst all of the action in Ximen but just a street back away from the bustle. Just over 5+ minute walk to Ximen MRT EXIT 6.
Stayed in twin room which was clean and spacious.
Was nice to have the communal room/kitchen option upstairs L15 with microwave and water/tea/coffee.
Aircon in room was not overly strong even on lowest temp (I was in TPE with excessive heat time of year) and mini bar not super cold either and had no temperature setting (but these 2 things were bearable and kinda expected for this standard of hotel). Reception staff was a bit hit and miss with friendliness but overall had a great stay here. "
"This was our first time in Taipei and we absolutely loved our stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience with clean spacious rooms, great views of the city, and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Whenever we would get out of the taxi, the staff greeted us by opening the doors, helped us bring in all our luggages, were very playful and attentive to our child, and helped us with additional questions. It also helped that the hotel had an onsite currency exchange as well as a spa and multiple restaurant options, although there are really great dining options nearby in the Ximending area. What stood out to me most was their choice of shampoo and conditioner - they used L’Occitane which I absolutely adored. The only thing I could possibly fault on is that the shower tiles could be cleaned a bit better, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend. "
