This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. Our room was great: clean, comfortable, great shower, and a nice view to go a long with it. The breakfast spread was so good, so much selection - which definitely kept us fuelled for most of the day as we explored the town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The location was perfect on the edge of old town. I'd been through Chur many times but never stayed long enough to wander around; it was charming. The hotel was just one stop from the main station on an [seemingly] hourly train and a 10 min flat to downward slop return.

Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Nice, cozy restaurant or sidewalk cafe with excellent food for lunch or dinner. Staff are very helpful with providing tourist maps and their own helpfulness in locating things of interest to tourists. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A great location close to shops, restaurants, a bank, train station, etc.

Very noisy hotel with a restaurant and kitchen just below the room. No elevator. Then when you open the room window it is the street noise. There is no traditional reception, one needs to walk through the restaurant for check in and check out which I found very odd when having a couple of heavy luggage dragged through the middle of it when customers are served food. We had dinner there as it was late but the food we ordered were pricey and pretty ordinary. Only positive aspect is the staff spoke very good English and polite.

Lovely old property in the old town. Room was basic, with an ensuite bathroom, all we needed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast in the morning was included and good too. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice. The shared bathroom I wasn’t sure about especially when there was a share bathroom but the sink was in our own room with the shower. Bit odd. Small room, but over all good stay. They let us check in 30 min early and keep our bags there before that. Nice staff.

Attractive no-frills small hotel in the old town, with a busy restaurant. Basic but spotlessly clean room with small shower room en suite, quiet and comfortable. No lift, fairly steep stairs. Good breakfast.
