You will find a bedroom on the same floor, along with a shower, toilet, and sink. In the living area, there is a bed cabinet with 2 additional beds. The apartment was recently renovated in summer 2021 and is located on the 1st floor.

The apartment comes fully equipped with an 8-piece crockery and cutlery set, a television, radio, and complimentary WiFi access. You also have access to a ski room in the basement and, upon prior arrangement, a washing machine and tumbler in the basement. The apartment includes one parking space in the underground car park.

The apartment building was constructed in 1989 and is conveniently situated directly on the ski slope, connecting the Stätzerhorn/Danis - Heimberg/Rothorn ski runs. It is located on the main road in Churwalden/Valbella/Lenzerheide, with a bus stop directly above the house.
