“Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this……

“We had a very nice stay here. Apartment was clean and spacious. Right on the beach, pool was beautiful and 24 hour security was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Only critique I would make is about the living area. The property can accommodate 6 people Comfortablely but the living area has only two love seats that can seat only 4 people. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and one child). On our down time we love to sit together to watch tv but we all……

“Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!”

“My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had trouble with the lock box and getting into the property, it seemed like we had to do something different every-time to make the gates open. There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you. “Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. The rest of the trip went smooth. Great views and……

Christy was incredibly helpful with information on the area and was prompt to respond before and during the trip. She even helped me get a birthday cake delivered for my son! “The sound of waves at night (when all is quiet but the sea) might be slightly to the loud side for those who are used to complete quietness when sleeping. However, I find it a lovely experience to hear the waves sing my lullaby and you don't get this experience if you live in the cities. (And it's the sound of the waves that remind you that your vacation is here!) When it is a sunny day, you wake up to a nice view - and it will make your day.
