“Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean.”

“Very cute spot. Love the location!!! Access was easy. The cons were that the house needed some cleaning as it had dead bugs and smelled like the house had been locked up for months. Linen smelled of dust. All easy fixes. Would book the larger house if i bring my kids to the area!”

“This house was perfect for a weekend home base for Grand Park. Literally 5 minutes to the park. The house and beds were very comfortable. The game room has a futon or a roll away bed, neither of which my 11 year old son found very comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer, and 2 bathrooms for 5 of us to get ready. The owner was very responsive all weekend, except for the last day when I asked for a late checkout due to our tournament schedule, he never responded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay……

“Nice stay overall. Great location. The property is pretty basic, but it was clean and the essentials were covered. Guests should note that the only bathroom is upstairs and that the stairs are quite creaky/loud.”

“We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was great! Very clean and well appointed. We loved the galaga game! 4 of us (2 couples stayed for the weekend and we liked how close this property was to the monon trail and broad ripple. We walked to Good Morning Mama’s and Half Liter Beer & BBQ hall. We also visited The Garage downtown and the Kitchenette in Broad Ripple. This was a great convenient location and comfortable place to stay.”

“Stay was great. Served our purpose for a place to sleep , relax and cook. No issues other than, hot water heater couldn't hold up to back to back showers. Also, extra trash bags need to be provided.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the chateau. Quiet neighborhood right on the river was perfect for our weekend getaway. There were some basic maintenance issues we encountered, but nothing to spoil our experience. Be aware, there are MANY steps around the house…may be difficult for some disabled individuals. Overall, however, I would certainly recommend this property, it is beautiful.”

“This was a great option for family merging from multiple states for a Purdue graduation. While away from campus, we needed the beds provided. The only downside is that usu when I VRBO, I usu cook all meals. I do take most things for cooking with me. If you plan to cook a lot, take extra pots/pans, etc. Otherwise, there is ample dishes to eat on. Number of bathrooms were great. Back yard is very nice for outdoor games. Grill worked great as well. Overall, great stay.”
