The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Overall, Hyatt Place New Taipei offers great value, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers."

"I didn't sign up for the breakfast, therefore, there is not much to say. In terms of parking, Park Taipei hotel is conveniently located next to MRT, which is one of the important reasons we decide to stay in this place. Excellent location plus well-maintained surrounding and kind manner of concierge make staying in the hotel a pleasant choice."
