1925 Colerain

We had a nice stay at this property. It was a bit complicated finding the place but some communication with the team we were able to get inside with codes. We had a problem with low battery power on the keypad to get inside but this was remedied within hours. As for the flat, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice furnishings and all the amenities you require. It was a short Uber to downtown. The neighborhood is one that is being modernized with upscale apartments. The owners should review the property after a few stays as done little things needed repairs, such as the fridge door handle, a broken knob on the stove and a towel holder which kept falling off the wall. These were minor issues but would certainly revisit again when in Cincinnati.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apt. Originally we booked an entire house, but arrived to find that VRBO allowed us to book there when the owner booked it for the entire month and asked VRBO to take it off the listing, which they didn't so it was occupied when we arrived. This was the only listing available to us so rather than being homeless, we took it without looking much into it (I'm an avid checker on finding the best place to stay before booking but didn't have time or an option). Not the best neighborhood but we had no problems at all. The place was very clean and they accomodated an early check in given the circumstances that VRBO left us homeless. I found it extremely easy to contact someone about an early check in and they did everything they could to make sure we were taken care for the rest of our trip. They also made sure I knew that I could call at anytime and someone would answer and help me. We had no problems accessing the building or the apt. The place was very nice and I can say it is as seen on pictures. We loved how close we were to everything possible. We were minutes away from the Cincinnati Museum Center, which we all enjoyed. It was just a 13 minute Uber to go to New Port on the Leeve, which we loved! This place was so close to the wonderful shops and eateries in Over The Rhine that it would take us literally minutes to get to some amazing resturaunts. I would 100% stay here again! The best part was not only the place, but being so close to everything! I don't think you'll be disappointed if you book this place!

Very rude host

Upon arrival we could not get in with code given. Luckily the cleaning lady was headed in and let us in the front door. When we headed up to our apartment she stated that it was not cleaned yet at which time we headed back to the vehicle to find some where else to stay since it was past the scheduled check in time and we were exhausted from the trip. The lady came running back down to the vehicle and said she had made a mistake that she had already cleaned the apartment. We went back in to check it out since we found it strange for her not to remember cleaning it. Upon inspection of the apartment we found that although the apartment looked cleaned when inspecting the made beds the sheets were still wrinkled were people had slept in them and hairs were still in the bed. We told the cleaning lady that was unacceptable and we called the host number provided. Upon telling him the situation he insinuated that the cleanliness of the apartment was not the reason we didn’t want to stay but that I was just racist. He stated he would refund my money and told me to get the f___ off his property. I have yet to receive a refund.
