Good enough
The apartment was beautiful but there were a few issues I didn’t love about it and feel that should have been disclosed in the listing.
First, all the parking in the area is pay to park. There is no free available parking within walking distance. There is a nearby lot and two blocks over is a staffed garage but I would have like to know that before I contacted the host about checkin.
Second, the 2nd bedroom overlooks a very busy bar courtyard. I didn’t notice this when I looked on maps but it did make going to bed before 2am a little hard.
Third, for the price I expected a certain amount of cleanliness. The towels were older, there was only one clean washcloth I found in the dryer, and the floors could use a good wet swiffer.
Overall we had a good enough stay.
