Mins to the Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium, Over-the-Rhine, and much more. Apartment is fully equipped for long-term stays.
Along with the amazing amenities, this. 2 bed/2 bath apartment features high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen & living area, a dedicated work space, in-unit laundry and a king-sized bed. There is ample closet space for storage and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a long day.
Enjoy the remarkable views of the beautiful city and river from the rooftop lounge which features multiple grills and fire pits. The indoor/outdoor pool and sky lounge is the perfect place to relax. A fitness center open 24 hours and multiple lounges and business centres available for those looking for a quiet place to work.
Located in the Central Business District in Downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Great American Ball Park/Paul Brown Stadium, Fountain Square, U.S Bank Arena, the Banks, Over-the-Rhine, and much more.
Please note we provide bedding/linens for our beds only, if you will be using the couch for 1 guest to sleep on you are responsible to bring additional bedding as needed.
Not available in person but always online to assist my guests at anytime.
Parking is not included. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
➤A fully refundable $150 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.
➤Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
➤Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
➤Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
➤Check-in: Flexible after 4pm
➤Check-out: 11AM
➤Quiet Hours: 9PM on weeknights, 10PM on weekends
《 Security Deposit Policy 》
➤ A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.
《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
《 PETS 》
All service animals must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of unregistered SA will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests.
《 SERVICE ANIMAL ETIQUETTE》
Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
《 NO PARTIES》
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
