The whole hotel appeared neglected. The only positive was the mattress on beds were comfortable but the foldout bed mattress was not. There was stain in sheet. The furniture was old and nicked. The toilet paper holder was broken. The pool looked nothing like the picture. Would not stay again.

Served its purpose for an overnight stay that included breakfast buffet and an indoor basic pool. The hotel room itself needs a true deep cleaning. We opted out of showering because the shower head was eroded and gross and the toilet seat had old urine stains where the lid folds and smelled horrible. Plug outlets were hit and miss. Side door that is supposed to be secure is broken so anyone has access to the hotel at all hours without having to pass the front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Appreciated the hot water at 8:30 am. Very close to our destination. Breakfast was varied and tasted good. We wish breakfast was available until 9:30 as we had a late night at Kings Island. The heat/ac was a bit noisy but not if you sleep with a fan noise at home. Good choice at this price point.

The rooms are clean but dated. I nearly pulled the bathtub faucet off when I took a shower. It wasn’t anchored to the wall at all. Water sprayed from the spout even after pulling the knob up for the shower. We were also charged an additional $150 for “incidentals”. Not sure what in the world would have been worth an additional $150 between the two rooms. Staff was friendly but probably won’t be staying here again.

Was easy to get to the room. Nice all around but could be a little cleaner in the bathroom. There was some mold in the corners and around the edges of the shower. It also wouldnt hurt to have a little bit newer tv but could have been way worse, it was quiet and everything was wiped down well and vacuumed and dusted.
