Almost all ameities minus the gym was unavailable and not disclosed prior to booking. Upon arrival there were several unwashed used dished packed away and minimal consumables such as paper towels, toilet trees, dishwasher detergent and many more that we eventually had to buy ourselves. I then asked for extra linens, blankets, and towels as their was only 1 of each with the exception of 2 towels that we had to rewash since we had an extended stay of 2 weeks since i never recied a response. There were also multiple item broken such as the left main bathroom sink and the only tv in the apartment. Again upon trying to reach out to address these problems i was redirected to an email to upload picture evidence to which i again never recied a response. In whole while the bed was comfortable, the place and surrounding areas always clean and welcoming this stay was not worth the amount charged and i would not be revisiting
