They offer you dishes to use to cook and eat with. Other hotels charge you to use the items. This so helpful and considerate and convenient. Thank you to the operators of this establishment for allowing people to use dishes without charging extra greatly appreciated

The staffing service was amazing they had to aid in trying to help remedy situations the hotel itself should have repaired which I doubt they're being paid enough to care about. My first room had a dysfunctional bathroom door/smelled like something died then the next had an ac that pooled water consistently/also smelled like pungent cat pee for the duration of the stay. The only thing id recommend when coming here is asking for a refund 👌

Barely acceptable. The place is run-down. Basicd are missing. No hair dryer, no coffee maker in the room. The tub wouldn't drain. "Breakfast" consisted of small muffins and energy bars. Thats it! Just pathetic.

The staff tried to help but I felt sorry for how ill equipped the facility was. We had reserved multiple rooms they didn’t have enough blankets. No amenities or supplies in the rooms and they were out when we asked. I can’t complain about the price.

When checking in, all you could smell was a very strong smell marijuana. Room was clean except the eliminated floors, and outlet plugs where nasty, the shower base felt like you was gonna fall in. Just walking from the bathroom and back, my feet were dirty. Breakfast grab and go was a joke. All they had was a nature valley crunchy granola bar. Nothing, not a piece of fruit, dry cereal, or anything I would consider a grab n go from my experience. I would have left for a different place, but I had 3 small children with me that was just extremely tired from the travel. Would not recommend, nor will I stay there again.

The property was very clean and the room was nice. We had never stayed at an extended-stay Hotel before, so it was a surprise to not find a coffee maker. I was a little disappointed that the Suite didn't have a King bed but it was comfortable. Not much in the way of Breakfast

Had to wait at front desk to check in for 20 minutes. Clerk was out walking around. Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here.
