It’s OK if you just need a place to sleep for a quick night but not very clean, the room smelled like mildew really bad, and the toilet barely flushed.

Room seemed clean but when we showered there was black "stuff" coming off our feet. Breakfast included was listed but discovered it was nothing more than nutri grain bars and truly undrinkable coffee. Reception was non existent unless you pressed the bell

The room was not clean there was stains on the sheets and blankets and when I spoke to the manager Kevin he told me they washed the sheets. He was no help. I was told by other staff that they would clean the room and I came back and the room had not been touched the bathroom had someone hair throughout and the tub was dirty and the hand towel had a bug crawling on it. The refrigerator didn’t work but the freezer did so my lunch meat was frozen. And someone was killed across the street at the gas station.I want a full refund. The breakfast tasted like old coffee. They only had honey buns, granola bars and instant oatmeal.

The staff was amazing!! Very polite, helpful and just sweet as could be. Decent location. The trolly will pick you a few blocks down. However, the hotel was on the shady side. The lobby; dirty, musty..pot smelling. Breakfast consists of coffee, hot water and oatmeal packets. We had a studio room. We wiped everything down with clorox wipes thinking it was "dirty". It was just that bad. The refrigerator was cover in rust on the outside. No coffee pot, no hairdryer, no TV, room had two plugs. The mattress was nothing but springs.
