The Radisson is truly outdated. A great location, but our room lacked outlets that work, shower fro 1980, squeaky doors and faucets and paper thin walls. The hotel actually supplied our room with ear plugs. I don’t recommend staying here.

They overbooked by 40 rooms and did not notify us our room was canceled until we arrived. No alternative accommodations were offered and we still haven’t been refunded. They ruined what was supposed to be memorable birthday experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional with the manager whispering to the front desk staffing and laughing while we were looking for other accommodations.

On spring break The pool was closed for 24 hours for cleaning so the kids only got to swim checkout day at 7am but the workers was very nice and I’m a very understandable person so i understood it needed to be cleaned just wish they would of did it before people booked for spring break overall the hotel is nice and clean and I will Be returning when I come back to Cincinnati

The room needs upgrading because the floors were like lifting and the walls are yellow and they look cheap. Also the room that we stayed in was too noisy close to the highway make it almost impossible for us to sleep. Also the smell of the room wasn’t nice.

The room was ok. The heater in room had a whole in it and you could hear the cars on the freeway. Then the pool was terrible. The water was so cloudy and dirty, it did not smell like chlorine or any pool chemicals. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and they had a bunch of young teenagers running in and out of the rooms late at night which keeps you up.

Pros: friendly staff. Nice room and view. Cons: some upper management person decided to allow a giant block of rooms that they did not have to be booked Friday morning. That evening I was not able to get into my room until 8pm, and only because I had prepaid earlier in the week. I watched dozens of travelers with reservations just get straight up turned away. Combining that with a giant block group showing up at once that even when my room was “ready” I stood in line for an hour to get checked in. Gigantic waste of money. The staff was apologetic and it’s not their fault but I’ll be registering a complaint with corporate.

I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything.

Bed receptacles were broke and since I use a CPap it made it hard to sleep. My son asked why there was complementary ear plugs on the TV stand and we found out overnight (it was loud). Not terrible other than that.

Not very clean and extremely outdated. Our room that we had booked the door was unlocked when we went in which was already raising an eyebrow then upon further inspection there were crumbs alllll behind the head board what looked to be a blunt roach on the bed and the mattress was all torn to pieces. Luckily the front desk associate was very friendly and switched us rooms. The second one was better just still had a dingy feel the only thing I really liked about this hotel was the balcony view overall slightly disappointed but we made the best of the situation.
