While officially a 2 bedroom, the living room includes an extra sleeping area with a bed and semi-private divider—perfect for extra guests. Steps from Findlay Market, Washington Park, TQL Stadium, and Rhinegeist Brewery, this stylish second-floor retreat offers plenty of space to relax after exploring Cincinnati’s vibrant culture, food scene, and nightlife.
This newly renovated apartment offers:
• Two Bedrooms with four comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen/full, 2 twin) to rest after a day of exploring.
• Two Bathroom stocked with fresh linens and essentials for a hassle-free stay.
• A welcoming living area perfect for relaxing or planning your next adventure in the city.

• Washington Park – Relax in this green urban oasis with frequent events and beautiful landscapes.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of one complimentary parking pass for the secured, 24/7 Washington Park Garage, located just half a block from the property. Additionally, there is free street parking directly in front of the building between the hours of 9 PM and 9 AM for added flexibility.
Please note: It is very important to leave the parking pass in the apartment at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $30 replacement charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
