No real complaints about our stay. Staff was polite and courteous. The main reason for not giving a higher review was the breakfast was not great and the pool was not clean and almost always out of towels.

No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked.

Staff was great, very friendly. Room was clean and we had a pretty cool view.

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
The pool it is much smaller as it shows in the web site. Shallow depth and chlorine was quite stinging your eyes. Everything else was good.
