“Clean spacious family room, well equipped and lovely breakfast. Only slight negatives were the kids bed was a fold out sofa bed and this meant they had to share. Also the fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working properly so no cold drinks but the minibar was complimentary which was nice (soft drinks only). Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again due to ease of access to the city centre via the metro and close proximity to the airport. 520 bus from the airport drops you……

“Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! ”

“This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. “Buen lugar para quedarse, más barato que el centro histórico, más grande y cómodo. Metro muy cerca que te lleva al centro histórico en 20 minutos. Supermercado a 2 calles y un lugar donde comprar comida hecha a menos de 2 calles.”

“There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. “The hotel is small and cost, shower is too weak, room has some dirty marks , better to clean it. Breakfast is too simple. The girl works I. The reception is fantastic nice and friendly, she made me feel warmly to stay here.”

“Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc.”
