Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a living room featuring a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to one of the 2 terraces. A separate, generously sized living and dining room is also available, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, air conditioning, and its own exit to the terrace, offering a convivial and relaxing atmosphere for evenings in.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a double room equipped with air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC, with direct access to the terrace.
