"Room design is a bit strange. When you try to style your hair in the morning, it's hard to see how your hair look like since you're back lit with the window behind you. I was bitten by bed flea at the neck and my left arm, although not serious, the room needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Happy hour could last a little longer since are not able to enjoy it even we stayed 4 nights. Staff are nice and polite."

"Staff is good, room is small and noisy, you can hear out loud from outside the room and the bed is not hard enough for me. Paid breakfast is not great but okay. Not my first choice of coming back again. "

"Forgot to clean the room on the second day. The bed and pillow are not comfortable. The cost of room is too much for the quality of the room. The overall experience is horrible. The hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Simply the hotel is not recommendable for international travelers."

"Room and food quality are good. However it’s quite unpleasant being refused to use the Gym for my 13 year old son. My son is already taller and stronger than me. It’s a ridiculous policy and I won’t visit again."

"Everything was very good and the place was clean very convenient! Only problem was not everyone working there was polite , as people said Taiwanese people are very polite and friendly. But the front desk was very nice and friendly.food was good and Tasty. I will come back again definitely. 4.5 stars. "
