「Zimmer die zur Straße liegen sind sehr laut.」

「Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!」

「The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. With all the problems there was only one staff member trying to deal with it all covering the reception, bar, spa and restaurant. We left early on our last morning and there was no hot...

「We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf, ook al was het maar voor één dag. Het appartement is nieuw en modern. Het is ruim, zeer verzorgd en alles was proper en netjes. De instructies waren duidelijk en werden op een vlotte manier gegeven, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen. De volgende keer dat we hier komen, kiezen we zeker voor deze plek.」

「Ristorante molto buono, colazione molto varia, peccato per il personale alla reception, quando ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera la ragazza è stata molto infastidita, altra cosa negativa non sono stato avvisato che non avrei potuto lasciare l'hotel la mattina presto. Peccato, perché era andato tutto bene, ma questo malinteso non mi farà più scegliere questa struttura.」

「Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war auch gut für mich leider ein bisschen zu weich, aber die Wände waren leider dreckig, Personal sehr nett und freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut und große Auswahl das Abendessen war nicht schlecht weil immer das gleiche, Therme ist sauber dem Alter entsprechend leider keine massage Düsen an den Rändern, der außen Bereich ist auch sauber aber in der Umgebung verfallene Häuser werden leider nicht in Stand gehalten obwohl sie zur Geschichte des Ortes gehören 」
