“We loved our stay at the lake cabin. Great beds, nice kitchen, ac works great, water pressure and temperature was good also. The upstairs bedroom has a deck and a beautiful view. The stairs down to the dock are pretty steep but just like the listing said it is. Definitely worth the stay. We are already trying to figure out a long weekend that we can come back and stay.”

“Loved this property so much that we booked again for a few weekends after our first stay! The house has such character and is super clean! The back patio overlooking the lake was so nice to grill out on and hangout at as well. The ambiance is just so perfect! There are two additional spots to relax at and enjoy the view of the lake on the way down to the dock. The landscaping and lights were very nice as well. The dock was easy for my husband to maneuver around and fish off of and it is lit at……

“I very much enjoyed our stay at cabin #4. It was a very basic setup inside the cabin, yet comfortable. Had everything we needed. The best part was the private dock, where we enjoyed a full day of fishing. The scenery was beautiful as well. We enjoyed a few hikes, getting to know the landscape while we were there. Overall a beautiful & peaceful escape from the city life.”

“Our family of 11 had a great time this weekend at hubbard shores. Yes, the water levels are low but that is Texas at the current time. The house and property are beautiful. Communication with owners was easy and great. Easy access to property as well. Listing says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 unless you have 3 people sleeping in the king size beds. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom. The 3 bathrooms are great and plenty of storage. Also washer & dryer……

“Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We loved it and look forward to staying at other options on this property. Hanging out with nature including hummingbirds, cows, horses, beautiful views was just what we needed. “We had a last minute cancelation on a Tuesday for my bachelor party off shore fishing do to weather. We found this place Wednesday that was able to accommodate 18 people at once with a 2 day notice and made the parry possible and aloud us to have a great time. When we can plan it out a little better we would like to go back with our families and enjoy a weekend!”

“Overall it was really a good stay. All the little extras like laundry soap, extra trash bags made it worth the stay. The extra large yard made it a shear enjoyment with our dogs. Loved the back deck and having coffee in the morning. I would totally recommend staying here again.”

“The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time.”
