「they have a private beach but it is bascally a fake one, no beach only tides. We only stayed for two nights and the second night room was cleaned with no towels. we had to contact staff for two times for the towel to be brought over.」

「We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Larry who gave us a tour of the hotel giving us all the information needed for our stay. Our room was large with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view. We had the meal plan and alternated between the two restaurants which were both great with a wide choice of delicious food The beach bar and pool bar and restaurant were really nice with excellent service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly...

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「The property was clean but needs some attention cosmetically. The restaurant food from the menu was good. The free Continetal breakfast was sparse and very few offerings. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.」

She instantly made us welcome, and the property was so clean, quiet and relaxing. A secluded beach is a mere 20 mins walk, and the views are stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 「酒店下面有一个超市，很方便。住家也很友善，酒店内设施挺全。酒店下面有个巴士站，二十分钟左右一班车，坐巴士可以前往哈密尔顿中央巴士站，从中央巴士站可以前往岛上任何一点。坐巴士回酒店要坐8号线。」

The continental breakfast room service was an amazing touch! Alex and Andy made sure our stay was comfortable, often making sure we had the transportation needed to get from place to place! Would highly recommend this inn to everyone headed to Bermuda!」

「This hotel lived up to its billing. The view from the balciny was beautiful as were tge sunsets. The service from Anton was first-rate. The room waa spacious & the location next to the ferry was ideal. If you don't need resort amenities, this is the place to stay.」

「The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place. 」
