"The hotel was everything and more. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were lovely and made sure our stay was memorable. We never got to eat on the property due to our travel schedule but from observing the menu the Vegan options were limited. There is a lovely vegan restaurant in the mall right beside the hotel. The location is great as it is minutes from Sandton city the hotel has a shuttle service that can take you there. Only challenge when we used it was that it wasn’t reliable for return trips so we used an uber to get back but that was very cheap less than $4. Right beside the hotel there is a shopping mall with restaurants and grocery. We had a suite so we got a few things to have in our kitchen during our stay from the mall. I should also mention the cleanliness. The hotel was SPOTLESS. They did such an excellent job. Probably only thing that I would mention is that it was listed on Expedia as a VIP property but the hotel did not give us any VIP perks. For example we still had to pay for late check out by the hour. We did not receive any upgrades or free offers."

"This hotel was outstanding, and the staff seemed happy to go above and beyond to be helpful! The breakfast was amazing (best mushroom toast in my life), the room clean and well designed, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful, and the location was convenient and safe. Room 610 was quiet and perfect. Room 1010 had an odd high-pitched sound occasionally that was a bit bothersome. It’s a little high in price, but still a lovely hotel. "

"From my very first moment stepping into the hotel I did not feel welcome I was not greeted with a smile even though I asked for one the receptionist just stared at me in the face. They were not able to organise an early check-in due to poor planning and poor communication. I was told I’m not allowed to wear my slippers in the communal area in the hotel I was only allowed in to wear them in my bedroom and 100% not allowed whilst eating breakfast. Specific members of staff are great at their job and very welcoming but the majority of staff seem like they’re they’re just to pick up a check. I watch them during breakfast time the staff helping themselves to food sat around on the sofas in the foyer with their legs up feet on the sofa just very unprofessional. "
