「The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work.
