「Hotel is well maintained and has beautiful grounds and beach」

「Woke up to a huge palmetto bug on the wall next to my bed...AKA American cockroach. It was the size of a half dollar. Office made it out to be no big deal. Floor was not clean. After searching under beds and dressers looking for bugs so my kids would go to sleep, noted garbage under dressers and beds along with dirt and debris. There was hair in the shower all over. Would never stay here again!! Horrible experience!! Not clean like the pictures show. 」

「I found this place online because I wanted a suite that had a separate bedroom from the livingroom area. It did not disappoint and the unit was clean and well appointed. Just be aware it is wonderful but it in not a full service hotel. These are owner condos that the management company rents out. That's not a bad thing but just know there is no resturant or room service to call on. It is a great building and a direct walk to the enormous silk sand beach with great shelling.
