「Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and...

「Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … 」

「Check in was a major issue, hosts did not know we were coming so the gate was locked and the apartment was not prepared yet. We had to sit outside the gate and wait for them to throw sheets on the beds; towels were delivered later. On the 2nd night they did not realize we were returning and again had to gate closed. Beware their dogs do bite as my husband and I both got bit. They do have a dryer which was a plus. The unit is okay, beds were fairly comfortable.」
