“Close to airport was great. The room had no heat so we needed a space heater. Tried to call front desk & the telephone didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk we got heat. Bar was outrageously expensive.
If people are going to be placed in a room it should be cleared for occupancy. It was clear that this one was not.”
