“Staff is excellent. Breakfast was served with very fancy table settings (correct for the mansion). Property is super clean. Downside is location, which is just on the edge of the historic district.”

“Dear Expedia Support, I am writing to formally request a refund regarding a recent booking that did not meet the agreed standards and was significantly misrepresented. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had originally booked was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a different room at a reduced price (from $160 to $135). However, this replacement room was of substantially lower quality and did not match the listing we selected at the time of booking. The conditions of the room……

“I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice.”
