"Went to check in but was told there is no hot water and being worked on. No idea when will have hot water. Had to leave and go to another hotel for the night and paid double."

"This is our go to hotel when we visit Red River Gorge. And one of the only hotels with a pool in the red River gorge area!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and have been over pleased both times. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The heated indoor pool is the best feature here, the whole family loves it. The hot tub isn’t as hot as I would like it to be but still nice. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is always nice. I highly recommend this hotel. "
