「This property met all of our needs, boat dock, plenty of parking, pets welcome, plenty of space, convenient to the lake. Good price point. Cold a/c. Our second time there and all went well. Game room is a nice touch. 」

「First and foremost the communication was a breeze with the host. Arrived to cabin to find an awesome piece of lake Wedowee paradise! The cabin itself was super clean! and Cozy, perfect name for the place. Stocked full of everything you need for a great stay at the lake. And then you have the dock! What an awesome setup for the family to fish. I highly recommend booking this house, we will definitely be coming back!」

「This was a perfect getaway for my wife, kids, and dogs. The house was clean. We absolutely loved the screened in porch. The boat house was nice, if not a little challenging to pull a large pontoon into for a rookie like myself. It's nice and close to Alex City if you need to make a run to Publix or Daylight Donuts. It was nice a quiet. Since you’re near the end of the road, the vast majority of the noise is the lake gently lapping at the shore. Five stars. Would stay again.」

「We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「By far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, house was extremely clean, well stocked, organized and layed out perfectly for large groups. Three bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs worked out so well for our family. The screened in porch was an added bonus… beautiful view of lake and fans kept it cool.
