「The room was clean but furniture was moved all over the place. All the couch and chair cushions were scattered about the room. The kitchen table was in the middle of the walk way, I had to move things for my terminally ill spouse to be able to get to the bed.
We ended up having to stay another night and the rate for the second night was DOUBLE the price of the first night. Customer service was sorely lacking here compared to the other places we stayed during this trip.
