Great stay at Suncadia

We had a very nice time--the room had everything we needed. We are veterans of the Suncadia experience and the fireplace was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had a great time!

Beautiful condo and spot!

We had a great stay in this adorable condo at Suncadia. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including a complimentary bottle of wine and a cozy fireplace. The location is perfect for exploring all Suncadia has to offer. We loved our stay!

New Year’s Eve

We came for just one night for a wedding in New Years Eve. Only issue was that the hotel reception (that’s where you check in) would not allow us to check in two hours early. We called the owner and the cleaning wasn’t done. This could have all been avoided if I had told the owner we needed an early check in. The room was perfect in every respect. I would go again.

No Hot tub as advertised.

Needed a hot tub for my bad back. Was purposeful in a place with a hot tub when choosing our get-away. It was not shared that the resort hot tub was down and had been for a while with no indication of when it may be ready as major access problems exist so apparently hard to repair. No sheet or booklet in the room explaining the fireplace. Or welcome note with some tips. Had to figure out my self how to get pilot started and fire going. No flipper/flat spatula for cooking eggs. Otherwise, great place, location, etc.

Cosy studio - great basecamp for Suncadia activities

Well maintained studio that had almost everything our family of 4 needed for our stay at Suncadia. The kitchen has more than enough utensils, glasses and silverware, and the mini-fridge had space for all our food and drink (no freezer). Thanks for the bottle of wine too :) We usually travel with our own Roku streaming stick, and it didn't seem possible to change the TV Inputs to a different source than the Suncadia Cable/On-demand channels. Maybe its a Suncadia-wide thing. The studio actually has a partial view of the mountains and the valley, and doesn't actually overlook the parking lot like a couple of the photos in the gallery. Lastly, I appreciate all that Jillian did to help make our booking super easy and stay as comfortable as possible - great host!

Was not cleaned before our arrival

We were very disappointed with our experience. The day of our check in I had not been send the information on the check in process, which was concerning as I have always had it sent to me the day or two before arrival. In her instructions she said the check in was simple at the front desk, which was not our experience. And that we would only have to provide and ID, not a credit card. Which was also not true. The front desk took our credit card for incidentals and pre-authorized $160. After the long process of getting the key to the room we found the room in complete disarray. Dishes in the sink, and unmade bed, garbage in the bathroom, and towels all over the floor. It was clear the room had not been cleaned before our arrival. We ended up leaving, and not enjoying the beautiful resort and scenery of Suncadia. Very disappointing. The resort staff suggests booking directly with them to ensure a smooth visit with extra perks. Will be doing that next time.

Beautiful place and amenities!

Area was cold with snow on the ground. We were there to enjoy the outdoors and do some snow shoeing. The apt was very nice. We.did have some issues with the water being cold but the property manager and the rental manager made accommodations to mitigate the problem. We have rented here in the past and will rent again in the future. My only complaint is they have a nespresso machine that uses the large pod and those pods are not something to find in small towns or typical grocery stores. However, go down to the coffee shop buy a coffee and sit in the lodge sitting area with a fantastic view and enjoy!

Lovely resort spot in Cle Elum

Very comfortable accommodation at Suncadia for a wedding we attended. While we were initially disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance there are plenty of activities to keep us occupied. Great getaway.

Nice little gem

This was our first time staying in Suncadia. Nice resort area with some great food options. The host (Jillian) was very communicative and helpful. The condo was both clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate staying here again.
